I had the pleasure of being guided through a medium level, hour long yoga session with the talented instructor Chantelle on the glorious coast of Koh Samui.

The session was challenging and physically relieving. I felt relaxed, limber and at peace mentally at the conclusion of the session and have now added as much of the lessons as i remember into my daily rituals.

Chantelle held a morning yoga flow for me whilst we were travelling in Thailand. This specific class challenged me (in the best way), and also brought up/released some emotions for me.

For me a good yoga flow always finds ways to release stuck emotions or helps me find clarity, and this flow did that. I think Chantelle is a natural yogi, and if you’re lucky enough to flow with her then I definitely recommend. Her style of teaching is gentle yet encouraging.
